To access the apartment it is necessary to climb a flight of 20 steps.
The apartment shares an entrance with a restaurant on the floor above.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and opening onto the balcony; another, interior (no windows) with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (with shower).
Both have air conditioning.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Getting to the apartment from the airport is convenient and straightforward. Here are some transportation options you can consider:

Taxi:
Taking a taxi is one of the most convenient ways to reach your destination. Taxis are readily available at the airport.

Metro:
Porto's Metro system is efficient and connects the airport to various parts of the city, including Cais das Pedras. You can board Line E (Violet Line) at the airport and take it to the Trindade Station. From there, transfer to Line D (Yellow Line) and ride to the São Bento Station. Cais das Pedras is within walking distance from São Bento Station.

Rental Car: If you prefer the freedom of having your own transportation, you can rent a car at the airport.
Please note that there is no parking in the property.

For a quicker and smoother arrival, we recommend booking a private transfer with us (extra costs apply).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Luggage storage: If you need to store your luggage before check-in or longer than your check-out time, we recommend City Lockers. They have lockers spread over the most central points of the city. Choose the best location and check prices on the website.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
