The easiest ways to get around Tulum are by car, scooter, bicycle or taxi. From Aldea Zama, you’ll have convenient access to downtown, the hotel zone, beaches, restaurants and main roads. We recommend allowing extra travel time during high season.

Tulum is surrounded by tropical vegetation and wildlife. It is therefore possible to occasionally encounter insects or small local wildlife even though the property receives regular cleaning and maintenance.

Responsible electricity use is especially important in Tulum. Please turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment and keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.

The private swimming pool receives regular maintenance. Because the property is surrounded by vegetation, leaves or other natural debris may occasionally fall into the water.

Common amenities are subject to the condominium's operating hours, rules and management policies.
