Bordering Windrock Park and less than a mile from access trail G23, it`s the perfect base for cruising through more than 73,000 acres of backcountry. Take a short ride to Historic Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary or Frozen Head State Park, or explore the creeks on the property before roasting marshmallows over the fire.
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home sleeps up to 6: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed plus a bunk bed, and the living room offers an additional bunk bed. The full kitchen and living area open onto a deck and patio, with a detached carport and an outdoor play area. Central heat and air, plus a wood-burning fireplace, keep things comfortable year-round. Take in pond views with dock access right from the property, and unwind in the private hot tub. The home spans roughly 1,100 sq ft and includes a gas grill, range, microwave, and refrigerator.
All trash MUST be bagged up and taken to trash bins outside. There should be no loose trash in the bins. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
NOISE RESTRICTION-
Quiet time will be strictly enforced and begins at 11pm. Any noise complaints after that time will result in immediate eviction.
Please remove any excess mud from patio/porch area and outdoor tables.
