I didn't like how the pool was in a different building than the main lobby.

Location is very central. Rooms are comfortable.

There was a conference going on whilst I was there with business people all over the common areas, it was very busy and felt like the conference was across the whole hotel. I was on holiday and this made me feel like I was back at work! Also very long walk to the room with luggage, no one offered help. I felt the photos were really misleading this did not feel like a spa hotel or resort like feel at all which is how it appeared on the photos.

A greater location near fisherman’s wharf, and within easy walking distance of the aquarium. Breakfast was also fairly reasonably priced, with a good selection. Parking was available very close by.

The room didn’t have complimentary water, it was charged at $5 per bottle. Housekeeping only make up the room on request, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is tiny.

I liked the location and being able to easily walk the town from our location. I loved the meals we had. Food was excellent and staff were very attentive to our needs. We would definetly consider staying there again.

I did not like how long it took to remove the hold on my credit card. Charging of the credit card happened the same day we checked out but the hold did not get removed for 5 days. Way too long.

Room was bright and clean. Location was good and able to get to things around Monterey. People were friendly and were attentive to anything we might have needed. Overall, good stay.

Location of garage in comparison to rooms is a bit awkward but in no way would prevent us from coming back. Too many positives that outweigh this aspect.
