Une employé du nom de Linda était raciste arrogante et très insultante. Elle nous a dit qu’on puait et qu’on était sale jamais j’avais été traité de la sorte tandis que cela fais plus de 1 an que je vais régulièrement à cet hôtel. PLUS JAMAIS

Reasonably priced hotel in a good location and easily accessible. Provided everything needed. Breakfast was good and we would definitely stay again. Staff tried to assist as best as possible. Good breakfast.
Bathroom sink was not properly cleaned which makes you wonder 🤔. There was a computer issue which was not the staff fault but delayed us getting to our room when we were tired from long trip.

It was clean, quiet, breakfast included.
The interac machine at the front desk didn't work so the staff was occupied and we had to wait to go in. The internet in the room turned off and never came back. The warm part of breakfast was just waffles. When I read "warm breakfast" I expected more.

Naomi was of great help and was very very welcoming after a long journey.

all the staffs were super nice! I enjoyed communicating with them!
moreover, comfort inn allowed pets which was the reason I chose it.
the property is old so that the room is not soundproof. I can hear people coughing in other rooms and door closing in other rooms. also we can hear some weird noise from certain machine at night.
the breakfast was included so it was pretty simple.. just waffle, bread, cereal and some pastries.

The room and stuff was good.
We paid extra for dog. However I booked a room for four persons and a pet and the site gave me total price .

The in-wall heating and ac unit was way too noisy,,,,could not sleep
The general condition of property is at limit of re-modeling time ( although some counters and other have been replaced
The unit still has carpet and a small odor to room ,,,,even grand-child noticed odor

Spacious, Clean and Cozy rooms.
Washroom ate very clean as well.
Breakfast is good, you can choose whether your preferences. There is also a microwave in the room !!!
