Great location

The hotel is absolutely huge right on Times Square, so there were a lot of people everywhere. The elevator system was strange and not “fair” so you could end up waiting to get to your floor but especially a reception on the 8th floor a long time….you had to click your card to call the elevator and it would give you the info which elevator to take out of I think 10 elevators. To get to the reception on the 8th floor was difficult because many people needed to get there and by the time you moved towards the elevator you were meant to take, many other people would cut the line and jump in front of you and you were stuck outside of it. Had to click the card again and rush to a different elevator where someone else going to reception would cut you off… etc
