Very clean and comfortable

This location exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the extremely professional and welcoming staff members went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. They provided tour information, hotel amenities and were all around just a pleasure to speak with. Cassie was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up information if she didn't have all the details at hand. She made our first visit here a pleasure. Would highly recommend this location.

there was clearly a plumbing problem and I had to switch rooms and there was still an issue with leaking

The sofas are not that comfortable

The suite was large and well spaced. Bed was comy and the ceiling fan helped keep thebair flowing so it didnt get stuffy. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. There was an actual hot breakfast instead of granola bars and packed muffins.

The couch was very uncomfortable. The pool was not heated and quite cold. The elevators and some hallways smelled like we were staying at a pet friendly hotel for sure.

Breakfast was ample and area of service was spotless a very good experience.

The room was very comfortable and nicely styled. The checkin and checkout time were reasonable.

The pool was very cold. The pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable, I had to ask for extra blankets to try to stack up and create some kind of cushioning.

It was a nice, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was really great. My kids loved the Belgian waffle maker.

The only problem I had was with the bedding. The blankets were very thin and flimsy and it made sleeping in the bed uncomfortable.

Everything was great except pullout couch was very uncomfortable. We asked if we could get new mattress or topper and the answer was no. Very uncomfortable for my grandson to sleep on.

*The front desk staff! Helpful on places to park in Salem. *breakfast (waffles) *room was on the larger size(2 tvs) separate areas. *big bathroom

*I'm so disappointed with the COLD pool. After reading many surveys, it seems this pool was closed a few times, needed repair. Let's turn the heat on! In your ad you show this nice pool & you can't use it(our stay was Sept 2022) *loud due to highway(not hotels fault) Better signs off highway(it's like a secret left road to many hotels) doesn't even seem like an entrance. Keep watch!
