clean room

the rude staff that did not do their job and messed up my reservation which i told the lady who checked me in I would be staying for 2 nights. i left out the next morning to run errands just to come back to my room and my key did not work. i went to the front desk to ask why and the lady proceeds to say they have you listed as checking out when i specifically said the night before to the lady at the front desk (mind you i have proof of this since I was on the phone with my partner while checking in) they threw out all of the food i had in the refrigerator and took all of my belongings out of the room! and because of that I was pissed off and decided to leave and go to the hotel across the street. the manager at this hotel decided to call the hotel across the street to tell them NOT to book me a reservation

Pues me cobraron dos veces la estancia, 1 cobro 04/20/2024, por 226.97 dolares 2 cobro 04/22/2024, por 226.97 dolares. por favor hacer el reembolso

Location was good for what I needed; room was clean; front desk person was great

The complimentary breakfast was great - so many good options. The location was also great - it was just a couple minutes off of 95, with a large shopping center right across the street.

While the room itself was spacious, the bathroom was a little cramped. Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. You have to pay $13 per day to park there, which is just ridiculous to me. Free parking at a hotel should be a given.

Payer pour le stationnement, climatiseur bruyant, 3 cintres dans la garde-robe, robinet coule dans le bain, le shampooing était le même produit que pour le corps, tapis effiloché, pas de frigo, accès wifi difficile

Les lits ne sont pas Confortable, vieux, drain de douche bloqué , pas de frigo. Ne correspond pas au standard des Hampton inn !

I read some reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find my room and the premises were great.

Parking was tight since it was right next door to the Hilton
