The staff desk is unfriendly, they don't help you. We had to wait for our room after checking time, this delayed all our booked activities. Also they found and then threw away my gold earrings. The location is far from everything, you need to take Uber for the city center for 20 dollars.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast and hour and minutes before breakfast time was over and were told no one else would be seated because the kitchen was backed up. No apologies, no alternatives given. Asked for a manager and were told they would not be there for another hour or two. The staff was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Also the tub clogged and the sink was leaking. Overall not what I expect from a Hilton

The front desk customer service from Maylene or something like that was absolutely terrible and rude! Would not recommend or stay here due to their customer service!!

Valet was nice the concierge was very polite and the check in staff did a great job.

No towels in a supposedly cleaned room. No coffee cups with the coffee maker.
