Great location! Hotel smelled and appeared clean.

The breakfast did not offer turkey sausage. Only Embassy I've ever been that does not. To boot the staff said they did on our first morning only to find out the hotel never had it to begin with. Thumbs down from me.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. The walk-in shower and hand-held head was convenient.

I wished the bed was a queen size instead of a double as a handicap person need the room. Would of been nice to have a tv in the living space. There were 3 in the room and only 2 sets of towels. When I tried to call for another set no one would answer the phone. Should be a note or communication that the main switch for the lights needs to be on so the lights work.

I loved the separate lounge area with sofa, wet bar, and tv! The beds were very comfortable. They had the best hot breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, which included made-to-order omelets!! I highly recommend this hotel!

We did need to carry our luggage down several steps (6?) to get to the elevator. But we managed. ;)

Manager lattice very very rude and nasty. Front desk never answered the phone. Didn’t ever have anything we asked for and pool area was closed the entire time. Bathroom very small no ventilation and rooms and building very cold

Avocado toast was listed on the menu but not available because they were "understaffed"..then take the sign down!

As always, we love the breakfast buffet. Wonderful! Juice and Coke were out of syrup.

The rooms are up for updating. Checkout staff lady was not going out of her way to be friendly on a Sunday morning. Manager’s reception drinks were good, but the food was all gone and the time wasn’t up.

The staff was courteous and helpful, but obviously the facility was understaffed. The breakfast met expectations.

The room was not very clean. The sofa bed was un-usable both as a sofa and a pull out bed because it was so old and broken down. There was no hot tub. The pillows were old and lumpy. I did not appreciate fetching clean towels from the front desk.

We asked for two days for bedding for the pull out sofa for our kids and didn’t get it ask 2 time

The staff members were excellent. The bartender was personable and friendly. The staff making the omelets was friendly and helpful.

The room was not cleaned at all.There was a half filled water bottle in the dresser, thick dust on the bed frame, and a plastic bottle cap on the floor. The view on the second floor was of roof.

The breakfast and social hour are always a must

The pool was freezing! The restaurant service was not what we expected.

It was a nice, newer facility.

Nothing was stocked at breakfast. Coffee was gone, no forks, no plates, no cups. Didn’t see any worker at the breakfast to even tell about stuff running out. None of the “hot” food was even warm. Cold waffles, cold sausages, cold hash browns. It was the worst breakfast experience we’ve ever had

Check in staff was friendly. Staff at check out were no where to be found for 5 minutes as I stood at the counter waiting to check out. When staff came out they were extremely rude and approached me by saying “what do you need” and got upset when I asked for a receipt. Toilet in our suite was disgusting, there was pee stains all around the bottom of the toilet. Bedding was stained as well.

The nightly reception was nice.

It didn’t have a hot tub. The pool was so crowded. The breakfast buffet was big but poor quality.

there was a leak in our room so we got moved, wish it wouldn’t have been an issue at all
