Einfaches Zimmer an guter Lage zum Flughafen, um die erste (Pflicht)-Nacht vor der Übernahme eines Mietfahrzeugs zu überbrücken. Wir haben ordentlich schlafen können und das Personal war nett (für den Ausfall der EDV-Anlage konnten sie auch nichts, hat uns aber auch nicht betroffen). Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt.

Das Plastikgeschirr zum Frühstück. Ansonsten wurden unsere Erwartungen an ein einfaches Hotel für eine Nacht erfüllt.

AC was broken and a portable unit left in the room venting out window. Humid and sticky. Noisy. Did not sleep well for the $199 price. Would like a refund

Location. We simply used this hotel as a place to sleep before an early morning flight. The hotel is pretty basic, and clean enough, but it's a typical airport hotel. I would never stay here unless I was catching a flight.

Thats it's right off the freeway don't have go far to get food com comfortable beds the view of the planes coming in and out the staff is very friendly the continental breakfast just about everything

Clean, spacious, and conveniently located from my daughter's gymnastics meet. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

That when I called housekeeping and front desk, there was no answer. I needed to get an extra blanket, but the hotel was still nice.

I liked that they had free breakfast

I was charged for $20 parking for each night I was there without being aware. I was also charged a $200 security deposit plus a 20% incidental fee without my knowledge. I thought I paid for the room up front in the beginning and they just put a hold so they continually overdrafted my bank my pulling out each day. Then we needed additional toilet paper and towels and we had to ask multiple times, not enough staff there to deliver it so we had to go get it downstairs our selves. For the price we are paying it should have been handled. Very disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again.
