We have stayed twice both times related to flights in and out of O'Hare. The location is convenient, hotel is clean and pleasant, beds comfortable.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as our first stay. I was told when I checked in that the parking would cost $5 since I was a Bonvoy member. I had not expected a charge for parking but agreed. The next morning I was charged $35 and was told by a front dest manager with a rude tone that I must have misunderstood. when I questioned again she agreed to take it down to $25. It was obvious from her tone and lack of eye contact and frown on her face that I was being a pain in her side.

I loved the reception and the reception staff, frankly, they were very excellent and very helpful, as well as the design of the room, its spaciousness and the services in it 😍 and the design of the hotel interior and lobby was very beautiful design and I liked it 👍🏼 I also enjoyed the gym and it was clean, sophisticated and completely sterile

Rekuperacja bardzo głośna i nie da się jej wyregulować tak żeby było akurat. Było albo za gorąco albo za zimno. Nawiew był tak głośny że nie dało się spać. Stary bardzo zimne nieocieplone okna. Bardzo głośne dźwięki dobiegające z korytarza przez duże okno wychodzące z pokoju na korytarz. Fatalne śniadania w ogóle niewspółmierne do wysokości opłaty za taki standard hotelu

The interior door between the living space snd bedroom was not functioning properly. The door dtivks ehen attempting to close and lock it.

Breakfast was good, though having just got back from France we found the breads and pastries rather plain and cold. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable, very clean and quiet. Personnel very helpful, efficient and polite. I plan to stay there again.

The front staff lady that checked me in, ran my car edit cars 2 times before she told me the card reader was having issues.

Großes Zimmer, optimal um das Gepäck nochmal zu sortieren. Separater Wohn-und Schlafbereich. Kostenloser halbstündlicher Schuttleservice zum Flughafen ab 4 Uhr morgens. Alternativ ist der kostenlose Airtrain zu den Terminals ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Gutes Restaurant mit angemessenen Preisen. 3x wöchentlich Livemusik im Atrium. Sehr bequemes Bett.

Das Bad könnte im Detail etwas sauberer geputzt werden. Zimmer etwas hellhörig zum Nachbarn, Flugzeuge sind auch hörbar. War für uns aber kein Problem, da wir bewusst ein Hotel am Flughafen ausgesucht haben. Für eine Nacht total okay.

The room was VERY spacious and well-appointed. In retrospect, I could have spent less because I didn't know quite how big the space would be for just me, on a personal trip.

The additional $30 per night for parking needs to be revisited. It's ridiculous! The front desk staff would not waive it, which was slightly angering.

Hotel in posizione molto comoda per l'aeroporto di Chicago O'Hare, nonché davvero a due passi dal parcheggio degli autonoleggi. Camera molto spaziosa, con area notte ed area salotto. Letto di dimensioni generose e comodo, permette un buon riposo. Colazione davvero abbondante e completa, sia come offerte dolci che salate.

Il wifi è a pagamento, soluzione non accettabile per una struttura di questo tipo. L'arredamento della camera risulta abbastanza scuro, quasi cupo (non rispecchia del tutto le immagini descrittive). Dalla zona salotto è facile percepire rumori e schiamazzi dall'area ristorante.

Very comfortable, huge bed. Room temperature pleasant. Easy to get snacks and meals. Walking distance to airport car hire building (get a staff member to point you in the right direction). Just what we needed after a 9 hour flight.

Rooms were tidy, clean sheets, spacious rooms. Beds were comfy.

The shower section was awful. The shower section was almost in level with the rest of the bathroom which meant all the water overflowed into the main area of the bathroom when the shower was in use and there was a chance of anyone slipping in that water. Needs to be seen to.
