Great reception staff very helpfull.

Could do with a bit of TLC in rooms.

That my check in was quick and easy

The place smelled horrible. Between cigarettes smoke, the smell of Marijuana and dampness I was unhappy. But I was in a pinch so I took what I could get. Soon as I stepped off my floor the smell of someone smoking was so strong. They really need to enforce the no smoking. I have a kid with asthma

The location

The alarm went off for over 20mn (extremely loud) because of a stupid staff . Nevertheless they were laughing at the lobby like nothing is going on. No excuse, no nothing.

It was in a good location and relatively easy to find.

The breakfast was unsatisfying and very limited in variety, and also did not provide any juice. The shower was abysmal--water pressure was very poor. A live ant was dispensed in the ice machine along with the ice. WiFi was barely functional.

We were not provided towels We checked in past 11 pm so we didn’t want to bother the staff. As he was alone at the from desk There are molds in the washroom and the carpet is dirty

The property was near Dulles, it served its purpose for our next day flight. Staff was helpful. Great Indian restaurant near by!

A little difficult to find, it’s located in a Strip Mall with other hotels. I’m a Senior so it may not be as diffuse to find if you are proficient with the iPhone

Clean and close to the airport

Able to park car there for 2 weeks.

The shuttle to pick up from the airport ended at 10PM yet we had been told by the driver before that the service was around the clock. We called at 10 pm and they wouldn't come to get us. A taxi cost $20. We made a stink with the night manager and in the morning after more threats to complain on their web site, they gave us $20 cash.
