Hôtel un peu vieillissant

Struttura molto carina, pulita e in un’ottima posizione, solo 15 minuti di autobus per arrivare a Manhattan dalla fermata sotto l’hotel. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Il deposito cauzionale versato al check in è rientrato per intero nel conto solamente 3 giorni dopo il check out.

Struttura nel New Jersey sulla riva dell'Hudson: nonostante ciò comodissima per raggiungere Times Square (10min di autobus, fermata a 50mt). Sicuramente zona tranquilla. Prezzo commisurato alla zona. Struttura confortevole, stanza esattamente come da descrizione (spaziosa, vista su Manhattan deliziosa). Staff cordiale. Piccola palestra e piscina a disposizione.

Superb location to visit the city. Room was very comfortable. Bed exceptional. Housekeeping staff are excellent! Transportation options for Manhattan are numerous if you are good with maps and apps. We used bus, ferry, and light rail options in one week.

Needs a 'hotel shop' with sundry convenience items. Pool is too small and shallow (5 ft) to swim in. The restaurant staff were very inattentive on the one night I ordered 'take out'. I think they were understaffed. I had to quibble about the tab as the front desk menus, and inside the restaurant menus, had pricing differences.

Le lit était hyper confortable, nous avions une très belle vue sur New york et l’arrêt de bus est juste en bas ! C’est top !

Location is good to go to Manhattan but if you have a child, better to stay in manhattan. Bus is easy but end of the day is busy and difficult if you have any questions pram and the driver asks you to fold the pram. Ferry is great but it is a way more expensive than the bus. I would stay next time in Hoboken, if stay in NJ, rather Weehawken. There is nothing around the hotel apart from the whole foods. In Hoboken, plenty of shops, laundrys, chemist, ferry and also bus available.

We stayed 11 nights in the hotel. The room is dark; there are no ceiling lights in the sitting room area. There are only two table lamps; it is not pleasant to be there. We asked for an extra lamp but never got it. Our room was next to the ice machine (not sure if there was any leaking), but our room musty smelled for three days. They had to spray the carpet. Something weird happened. I can't prove it, but my Australian passport disappeared from the hotel room. It was in the safe. Unfortunately, we left it a few times, and it opened. I realised it was not in my passport bag when I arrived at the airport. I called the hotel, and they said it was not there. I searched for the entire room and spoke to the room cleaners, but they did not find it. I am sure it was in the safe. At least for the first five days and the day of my arrival, we had to request towels for the room. We were three people, but we always got two towels

Le personnel: désagréable, ne font d'efforts ni pour comprendre, ni pour être compris, aucune information sur les alentours (restaurants, café, attractions, moyens de transport, etc...) Des demandes sans réponses Une chambre pour 3: mon fils de 15ans a dormi dans un canapé lit très inconfortable pour lequel je n'avais pas de draps à l'arrivée Changement de serviette et de savon à chaque passage (vive l'écologie!!!)
