The noise at night from the other occupants. Our key didn't work a few times to enter our room. We had to wait for maintenance. They ended up having to replace the key pad.

The location was amazing just steps away from the beach.

The elevators took about 30 minutes to come to our floor upon checkout at 10am on a Sunday ever time it stopping on our floor it was filled with others checkout as well and there are 3 elevators. The bathroom in the 2 queen bedroom suite are clean but it’s super tight for my husband that is 6’1 and weighs about 270. The parking garage is across the street which fairly close however it’s super tight when parking in the garage be mindful of larger vehicles.

Balcony and spacious room brought us joy. The restaurant provided stellar service. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had wonderful water pressure.

We did not have issues in the room that were not managed. While checking out the elevator were slow as most other guest checked out at the same time.

The door lock code was too long and the key pad malfunctioned at times. The tub had a very slow drain that makes the tub look dirty after showering. A small insect bit me while sleeping through the night several times, woke up to welps and itching. I was in the bed closet to the balcony

My room flooded out and they only reimburse me only 65 for the room they didn’t move us the another room they cleaned the room well but we stayed in the same room I never experienced something like this and I paid almost 415 for this room

The room key system was not working properly, during our 3 day stay we could only open the door one time, all other times we had to get the desk to send someone up to open for us.

Great view of ocean, Aldo overlooking pool. Nice pool, live entertainment…could have been longer time slot. Nice bar too.

Some one was a little rough on door to room,it wouldn’t close/shut properly. We didn’t let that ruin our stay or experience.

The view was amazing. And brining DJ to hotel helped alot with the stay.

Pull out bed was broke, and sheets were torn. Smaller than expected. Very few staff in the afternoon. And definitely no security on site at night.

Our room was so dirty they had to move us. Once moved it was ok, but all the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, line never washed. I just was shocked at how dirty everything was. Money wasted.

Room was dated and unappealing

The location was perfect.

Tub was stained, carpet was old, furniture outdated, and no iron available. I was told no one was available to get one because housekeeping wasn’t there until later. I asked if maintenance could look at the fridge because it wasn’t cooling. Front desk clerk said no they’re not here and neither is the manager who has the key. Finally someone came, but it was unbelievable.

The outdoor pool was nice. The view from my room was great. It was a bonus having a full size refrigerator.

The elevators were slow and one was not even operational while I stayed. Anytime I wanted to go down it was at least a 15 minute wait from the 7th floor and often times I had to try the north AND south to even get an elevator that was available. The 10 digit code to get in and out of the room was a bit of an inconvenience. It would have been nice if it was a card key, like most hotels, or even a physical key.
