Room and bed were very comfortable and they accommodated our early arrival request.
Shuttle was on time and driver was helpful. Decent breakfast eating area.
Not many options to eat around the facility. Taxi driver told us not to go out at night, so we walked to the IHOP and had an early dinner instead.

Big room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean and organized. Airport shuttle service was very appreciated, and they also dropped me off at the railway station too. Breakfast was good, had the minimum, but they should use normal plates and stuff, not disposable anymore!

The beds, pillows and sheets felt lovely. The staff were very generous and helped me at check in. The toiletries in the shower were good too.

Location. Bed. Shower. Pool area. Staff. Breakfast options. Close to the Light Rail train parking lot. Access to freeway. Variety of restaurants. Mall isnt that far.
The homeless around the area at night. Lack of lighting at night in parking area.

Whenever someone used the toaster the whole room smelt of burnt toast to the point where I felt I needed to leave so my clothes didnt pickup the smell.

to go breakfast 3am to 6am then a great selection of breakfast items.

Finding our room on the first floor when we did not realize the lowest floor was a ground floor and first floor was above it

The room was spacious and quiet.
The bed was quite comfortable.
Breakfast was more than what I expected including warm pancakes from the machine for the first time.
The evening staff I encountered was very helpful when I told him that my suitcase was broken and needed to get a new one.

convenient to airport
shuttle driver nice and helpful but on previous stay in late Oct I was taken to departures. This time I was dropped off at arrivals and had to walk across bridge. It was before 5 am and departures was not busy
i have difficulty walking and if someone else had not been on the shuttle i would not have known where to go or what to do.
