It’s close to downtown attractions & a lot of opportunities to explore!!

The windows let in a lot of cold air & the radiator was very loud during the night, but overall, was a nice place to catch some ZZZ’s

The location is very good as it is 5 minutes from Buckingham Fountain, 5 minutes from Downtown, and 30-min walk from the riverwalk. Price/quality is also good and meets expectations. We did not have breakfast at hotel, but the cafee looked pretty nice and breakfast looked really tasty, we regret that we did not eat there and chose Starbucks nearby.

However, I cant say it was perfect because: 1. at night we heard some people talking loudly in the elevator area... it disturbed our sleep few times. 2. In our case, the window was on the side of the metro/subway line so when trains were driving there, it was pretty loud. 3. During check-in they charged some refundable deposit. I don't know why they need it, but I prefer to pay everything in advance via booking and not share my card data with hotels directly. But apart from that everything looks good.

The room looks old and dirty.

Location is central to public transit and the Loop area. Building is in good shape and the room was spacious for the price. Staff were friendly. No issues with safety or security. Room was comfortable.

The water pressure in the bathtub was HORRIBLE. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Perfect location to visit downtown. People working are quite friendly and caretaking. One of the most affordable comparing with other hotels in the area. Walking distance to Riverwalk and Millennium Park. Room was relatively clean and tidy.

Building itself is quite old, you can tell by the room arrangement with thin wall partitions, piping systems and sprinkler systems added later on to the building. Blinds were damaged. The most unfortunate of all that had to hear some `interesting` noises and vibrations coming from next room due to `super-thin` walls.

Room layout, inadequate facilities, no hot water

Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. We had a problem with our toilet and missing towels and they were at our door within minutes of our call.

The room was showing its age. Carpets were a bit worn. Lack of USB ports for charging tech was inconvenient. Its the 2020's after all.

Still waiting on deposit to be returned, noone is replying to emails. Can someone please help me

this property have never been loved by its management and service people. dirty. not updated. not friendly. super noisy … being next to a train one would think there will be sound proof windows ! super outdated window AC - very loud, ancient heater … one word : avoid!

This place was close to everything. The staff was great and helpful. The place was clean and stocked.

The hotel is a little outdated, yet is a great price for the location and comfortable. Is for traveling, so you only go to sleep.

I like the service of Mr. Humberto. He was very kind and nice. Mr.Humberto helped me to change to a bigger room. Also Mr. Art was kind and polite with his service. Different from the young lady behind the desk. The lady behind the counter was rude.

I didn’t like the young lady’s attitude. She was not doing her best for the guest when it was possible.
