Outstanding customer service care. An 18 wheeler hit the electrical installation nearby which caused a power outage. In a matter of less than 3 minutes, the hotel has his generator running to keep everything working perfect. They are just amazing

We were given the wrong room for the first night and the gentleman at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Kevin mgr made our second night right. It’s a little frustrating sense we been coming to this location for the past four -five years.

Two gentleman at reception were welcoming, not the girl.

Room was hot. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never checked on us. When we did try and give our dirty towels to a housekeeper she frowned about it because our room wasn’t on her list. She took them but with an attitude.

no closet or hangers but having a Spa jacuzzi tub certainly made up for that

the shuttle was full even though we all requested spots - not a big deal to Uber to the airport - I just wish I’d known earlier.

The check in staff in shift was rude and treated me differently than the other person in front of me. . She was not friendly or polite. Will not be staying there again.

Location is great next to Grapevine Mills mall.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy along with waffles, muffins, bagels, pastries, orange snd apple juice, and cereal. ALL carbs and NO protein, except for milk. I only had a coffee for breakfast and decided to head out and find some ihop or something that had eggs and sausage.

I had to change rooms the first time the tv wasn’t working. the 2nd time my room cards never worked. i spent more time at the front desk then in my room.
