I like the shuttle to and from the Stockyards.
Breakfast service and food could be better and has been in the past. It takes too long to get checked in. Very slow.

The property is great, rooms are good, breakfast is adequate, Mark at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The shuttle service to the stockyards is a real bonus and appreciated. This was our second time staying here.
Check in was a disaster - They had already charged my credit card for four nights, despite it was Pay at the Property - and then charged me again on another card for four nights - I had only booked two. So they credited back the original card and of course I was charged international exchange fees - $40! (It was the young lad that also does the breakfast room duty in the morning)
Then they credited back two nights.
They also take a security deposit of $100. and its been over a month and it has still not been released. I have phoned them and they are saying its their merchant.
I feel with all of this - I would think twice about staying there again.
Alternative would be to give them $100 cash and get it back as you check out!
