The breakfast lady was sweet and kind (the older lady) I didn't catch her name but she went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Brandon the night houseman was very friendly and respectful. That's the only reason for 1 star...

The room was not as expected the carpet was stained the bathroom had mold in the shower. Very unsanitary! On the shower tile there was orange\brown stains throughout the tile which should be white the shower floor and bench is black & toilet needs to be cleaned and sanitized. A word for the supervisors teach your maids the right way to clean! All it needs is a little bleach and some elbow grease! I yousto clean rooms and if my supervisor seen I left the room like that they would have made me redo it and then fired me no questions asked! No Motel\hotel should look like that especially the amount of money I paid to stay there! The pool was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Staff were very unfriendly & rude! I asked for towels they told me I had to wait 2 hours I returned back to the room 4 hours later and still no towels. The ice machine was out of service and no one in site to fix it! Also the gate was broken so whenever I came back I had to pry it open and so did everyone else! I'll stop here etc etc....I never leave reviews unless there 5 star reviews but I just want them to look more at what's bringing there motel down so they could make changes (supervisors do your job!!!)

Hard to find parking convenient for loading and unloading. Hard to bring luggage’s through the gate. Gate key didn’t work once and had to go around to another.

Good location but expensive

close to the freeway

We found this hotel expensive for what you get. The carpet in the bedroom is old and badly stained. The hotel was advertised on bring Fido as pet friendly and no pet fee. After checking in, they told us that we had to pay $50/night for our pet. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The lady at the counter was really nice and good customer service.

First at the room there was an insect that fall on top of me in the night and also the server at the bar was kind of rude bad attitude.

Was nice, but had its flaws. Didn’t meet expectations but wasn’t horrible.

I liked the location it wasn’t too far in to el paso at all. I loved our room it was beautiful. I also liked that the tv was bluetooth.

The pool was dirty. The towels we had in the room weren’t clean. The breakfast seemed as if it was out too long (got an upset stomach).

Jacob at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He recommended local places to dine within walking distance and was informative about the property facilities and breakfast location and schedule. He deserves high marks!

We were told by Jacob about the breakfast buffet every weekday morning from 6:00-10:00. We went to breakfast at 8:00 and could find no buffet or signage giving instructions. We asked the two men at the front desk and they half-heartedly pointed the way, saying that it “should be set up pretty soon”. We sat at a table in the dining area and waited for quite awhile. A man finally came to us and offered to bring us plates, but offered no explanation of why there was no breakfast buffet ready at the designated time. As it turned out, the breakfast we received was hardly worth the wait. There were a couple of issues with our room, but breakfast/customer service was our main complaint.

We felt safe in the hotel. The room was very spacious & met our needs well.

The lighting over the sink was very poor. Looked very nice but was too dark to see in the mirror.

Not too great experience for the cost of the room

The room was cramped and and the bathroom/ shower area was claustrophobic. An annoying problem was that the area where one went to get coffee had nothing but cold carafes. The whole hotel seemed like a dying property (maybe during football season it livens up).

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great for the nearby Racetrack.

The facilities are outdated. The property itself is dirty. Hot tub was broken, there was a condom visible near the pool, ewe gross!!!!!! Rooms are very small including the bathroom and shower. Vanity is in the middle of room which people can see in walking by. All.ice machines were broken. Tried to use gym, equipment broken, very dirty like nobody had swept or cleaned machines. We stay at this specific location multiple times and this was by far the worst. Will probably look elsewhere next time. In bad need of remodel/teardown...something!!

not much the location

it took 45 minutes to check in. I was the only one there. then I received a handicap room. I went back to the front desk an untrained desk agent said we can do nothing and I don't have the authority to change a thing. finally I left. there was barely any hot water. the next day I had to extend. the hotel was empty and I took another 30 minutes at 5 am. I asked to have room service make up my room. upon returning from work nothing had been done stay clear of this place the owners are only in it for as absolute follar they can get. poorly trained and supposedly renovating also stay away!!

Good location, big hot tub, comfy beds, ok breakfast, friendly staff.

Rooms are a little run down, finding the room was quite difficult with the signage and separate buildings.

For the price... breakfast should have been included. It was quite dark getting back to our room. More lighting was needed in walkways.
