Room, bathroom, common areas and breakfast area were very clean. Staff was friendly, able to answer all kinds of questions and pointed us to a trolley service that was so convenient. Parking was convenient and the outside areas were well-lit and safe. Lots of food and beverage choices for breakfast. I give this location a 10 out of 10.

I couldn't figure out how to log into WiFi. One of the dollies was broken.

The area
Their system was down when I checked in. They took my information and gave me a key. Around 10pm, maintenance knocked on my door, we were asleep and he then proceeded to open the door and say, their system was up if we could go downstairs and take care of it. I said, ok. 15 min later the front desk called saying the same thing. I asked if we could take care of it in the morning, she rudely said, it has to be now! On top of that, the king-size bed was broken in the middle.
