Wasn’t expecting much more than a basic place to lay our heads for the night. We had a sick kid from too many roller coaster rides in the park so we almost skipped the reservation. So glad we didn’t! The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I’m assuming he is also a parent because his suggestions for soothing an upset tummy were spot on and he even told me which store to go to. The room was excellent with ice cold AC, clean, plenty of towels and pillows. The price was phenomenal! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back to stay at this property if we go back to Hershey!

Right on highway. Lobby was not appealing, outside walk way to rooms was more like a road side motel

The front desk staff was really nice and efficient during the check-in process. They had a lot of pamphlets for area attractions. The sheets were surprisingly soft and super comfortable. We had working outlets, a fridge, TV, and a microwave. It worked perfect for my family for what we needed for the night.

Finding the ice machine was a little hard, and we didn't see any signage directing us to it. When we originally booked it we thought breakfast was included but apparently, those services have been suspended even though they're still listed on the site we booked through.

The check-in gentleman was very kind and compassionate--- a good guy.

I wish that there had been coffee available.

Was a great location and price. Staff was so friendly and helpful! It was great to spend some time chatting with Roger! It was just what I was looking for to prevent the need to travel back and forth to my home while at a conference in the area thus loosing time and sleep.

Nothing. It was not a Hilton, but that is not what I was expecting. There was no breakfast, but that was known prior to booking.

The location of this hotel is centrally located to everything in the area. It was easy to get to the park as well as downtown. The choices of restaurants were abundant. I appreciated the renovated room and bathroom. It was unexpected and looked terrific! The room didn't match the outside of the hotel at all which made staying there more comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also an added plus.

I think the hotel was good for what it is, and we didn't dislike anything. I would hope they would continue to upgrade aspects of their property. Starting with the beds then the look of the lobby would be a great beginning!

The only negative was trying to find an open spot to get coffee or breakfast.
