Breakfast was good with a sufficient variety of food and drinks.
The lift broke down and got to carry luggage up and down on your own.

Unprofessional behaviour stag so rude and disgusting
Shuttle came after 120 minutes waiting outside
Staff offer a room that already occupied
We open the door and a guy was sleeping on bed
Next day the shuttle did not come on agreed time to leave early morning and we ended up with missed flight
So rude and annoying staff in morning shift June 4/5 th 2024
Other couple has got same trouble with the hotel staff
Please avoid toxic people at this hotel

Stayed 5/1. Woke up with bed bug bites. Contacted management. No response. Now i have to take time out of my day to contact corporate. Disappointing, to say the least.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! Dirty room, broken elevator and the worst part… INFESTED WITH MICE!!! Was about to fall asleep and a mouse ran past us at nearly midnight. We had to gather all our belongings, rush out and then find a new place to say all at midnight because of those places unsanitary conditions. Absolutely disgusted and never want to stay in a hotel again. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Location of hotel to airport. Shuttle was seamless! We liked keeping our car here too

I booked the room at 1 am on the app. We were able to check in an hour later. Having a shuttle come pick us up at the airport was very much appreciated

Area near O'Hare is pretty seedy. Breakfast good. Hotel vestibule and corridors could use upgrade.

Close to airport and cheap . Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in shower. We got stuck in Chicago for the night and needed a place to sleep. So I chose the closes available option. Get what you pay for I guess.
It smelled bad in there , the hallways , the elevator smelled the worst and weird smell in the room too . The elevator closest to our room was out of service, had to unplug the phone in the room because it wouldn’t stop making a ringing noise every few minutes. Not enough outlets.

The airport shuttle was great, the breakfast, while bascic, provided a good start to the day.
Hotel is definitely in need of some refurbishment, but, as an airport hotel I am sure in gets heavy use.

None of the outlets in the room worked, the toilet didn't flush, the cleaning people tried to open our door 3 times to come in and clean, starting 3 hours before checkout time. We felt we were rushed out of there!!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and so many options! The room was clean and I loved that as soon as we were leaving the housekeeper asked if we were checking out and once we said yes she immediately went in and started to clean.

Loved the breakfast, it was well served and always warm no matter when you came in during the breakfast hours. Also, the coffee bar was delicious. The staff are always caring and make sure you have everything you needed, always greet you as well. Lovely cleaning staff for their hard work and very polite. Walking distance from some restaurants and a target. Also may take the bus to places if needed. Honestly would love to stay here again if I get the chance.
It was a smaller hotel compared to others which I didn't mind. The elevator was broken so did had to take the stairs with our luggage which was not too terrible as there was not much flight of stairs.
