Window view, good location
This hotel inside looks like a regular motel and not a regular Hyatt, (who often stay in the real "Hyatt" will understand me) It is very old, furniture look like from garbage, there are not any activities even New Year eve. Not a convenience parking, only Vallet, it's very expensive and needs wait an hour to get your car. No one time more, in this it's like "Hyatt".

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Location is convenient with a quick train ride to lower Manhattan or fun boat rides to its other parts. Jersey City was nice too!
The room was clean.
Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
We enjoyed our breakfast which was way better and varied than most US hotels.
We picked the room with the Manhattan view, but were assigned to another room instead. Fortunately, we were able to sort it out at the hotel reception with the friendly staff, but it was an unpleasant and confusing experience to begin with.
Our messages through booking were never answered prior to our arrival.
Amenities in general could use some renovation.

Location was perfect for us didn't have the breakfast but dinner choice was fine

Good location
Customer service - booked room for 4 guests and was given one king bed room - called front desk and was told they would bring cot and extra blankets but never showed up - called 2 more times but they still never showed up. My wife slept on the couch with her coat as a blanket. Pathetic what you get when you spend $400+ for a night stay

Staff, location
Due to 2 events i couldn't enjoy the tables at the bar next to the windows. You don't pay $600 a night and have limitation to use the main attraction of the hotel.

Location was great
The room was way too hot and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Neither one of use were able to sleep well due to the heat. Also, it took way too long to get our car from the valet.

Location was key, right beside the PATH and killer view of NYC at night. The breakfast was amazing as well.

We had a nice stay. We traveled to NYC in the subway. It was a convenient location to get on the subway. We enjoyed the hotel being along the river.
The pool didn't feel clean and was not enjoyable.

The location is perfect, the view of Manhattan from the window is gorgeous. There are plenty places where you can go for eating and having fun. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.
The bath tub was very slippery, it was a challenge to take a shower. There were no any rags

$10.00 to use the microwave is despicable & no guest washer, dryer, & microwave is pretty pathetic as well.

Pool water was not warm enough. It was too cold for an indoor pool.

Wonderful waterside location and great views of manhattan.
The wait at reception desks. Checking in took 40 minutes and only 1 guy working. Checking out just as bad. Trying to get our luggage back equally as long as again only 1 person working the desk and they were engaged in booking a guest an extra day - surely this is the guests responsibility especially at peak times.
