Good shuttle to airport. Friendly front desk. Clean. Restaurant was closed, but bar provided food.

Staff at breakfast weren’t friendly. Assumed that I wasn’t staying at the hotel and wanted me to pay for breakfast… assuming that they judged me cos of my skin color 😏

the fact we had to move to another room in the middle of the night because the light fixture on the ceiling in our bathroom was pouring water out of it.

I called twice to let the hotel know that I would be coming in the next morning as I was flying in on a red eye. When I got off the plane I received a msg. That I had been charged a no show. When I arrived at the hotel they told me that I could not check in until the manager got there, 1/2 hour later. The notation was there on the reservation that I was coming in the next morning. Tired and irritated I waited and came back to NO MANAGER. Another staff member said I could check in to another room because the room I booked was no longer available. We had three in our party and there was no way we could share two double beds. I asked if they could give us a room with two king beds, he said he was unable to do that. On NO sleep, I was scrambling to find other accommodations for three adults.

Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Vozači shuttle busa su veoma ljubazni i hoće da pomognu oko prtljaga. Soba je čista, prostrana i udobna. Aerodrom je veoma blizu. Lokacija hotela je tiha.

we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was cold
I don’t know why we were only ones at the restaurant at the time. For the price we paid it was not worth it it

Proximity to airport. Large nice clean room. The waitress who busted her butt running the bar taking orders and bussing tables was AMAZING. She was a real dynamo and never mossed a beat on cover that whole wine bar and food
I booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was out of service. Highly disappointed. My son wanted to swim and was let down by an email stating that it was closed until after we go back to north carolina.

Room and price were great!
Your staff member at check were rude and although we were able to grab the bud from la Guardia, no one was answering the phones at the hotel to holla the bus.

It was clean and convenient.
The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The rooms can use some upgrades.
The shuttle could be used for short trips within a two to three-mile radius and not just for the airport during the slow season.

Loved the size of the rooms, friendliness of the front desk, and the general decor and cleanliness of the hotel. It's a nice quiet spot, and despite being near the airport, never heard any noise. Good on-site parking as well!

Property is conveniently close to La Guardia, so an option for people who would like to be close to airport. Exterior is nice, as is lobby. There is a bar in the lobby where you can get drinks and sandwiches. Staff was very professional.
On check in, I was issued keys to a room. I went up, opened the door and was shocked to see that the room was already occupied by an man. I went back to the front desk and explained what had happened. The young woman at the front desk was apologetic and I didn’t make a big deal about it at that time. Later, when I had time to sit and think, I breathed a sigh of relief that nothing happened. This mistake could have easily put me in danger. My advice, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone, is to double check that your room is empty. Aside from this, the bathtub was dirty and there clear signs in the room that an upgrade is needed - torn bedskirt, stains on wallpaper, hair in my shower etc.

Wouldn’t take my credit card or bank card for over 2 hours on the phone with my bank and trying 2 other bank cards their system finally worked

It was in a good area, easy to get from places but that was about it.
I booked a room with two queen beds and there weren’t any available so they offered us a King with a pullout. The pullout mattress had no sheets on it and was stained, when I asked for a cot/crib there wasn’t one available. We spent the weekend in an unsafe sleeping arrangement with my baby as there wasn’t a queen room available because “they had been booked”. The fridge didn’t work in the room and it was dirty/dusty I had to wipe everything down. It’s a bit disappointing that this place didn’t have any microwave in the room, it seems like a hotel basic and was extremely stressful when traveling with a small child.

The fresh fruit options at breakfast were great. The oatmeal was surprisingly good. Those huge vats never look appealing but this one tasted good.
The restaurant was open late for a meal after a long flight. The pizza was decent.
All the yogurt choices at breakfast were presweetened with either sugar or substitute. What happened to plain unsweetened yogurt. I asked and was told that wasn't available.

The $50 per day deposit, but I understand all hotels do it, and you couldn't use cash, which I believe is probably a security reason for it , the gym was closed as well as the pool

Facilitati excelente, Autobuzul gratis care te lasă la aeroport sau la stație de autobuz sau la stație de tren/metrou; Depozitarea bagajelor pentru cateva ore după checkout. Personal foarte amabil și explicit și săritori in ajutător
Plata cu cardul lasă de dorit la magazinul acela micuț din interiorul hotelului și nu au o varietate larga de produse in magazin. Temperatura din camera a fost cam frig și nu mergea bine aerul condiționat in loc sa dea caldura dădea rece, dar nu vreau sa fiu rău adevarul este ca nu am spus adresat aceasta problema către personal.
