J’ai eu froid toute la nuit… il devait faire à peine 18 degrés dans la chambre et même moins… j’ai eu froid sous les couvertures toute la nuit au pont que ça me réveille a plusieurs reprises… Sans pouvoir régler le chauffage de la chambre…

Grande chambre spacieuse et personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner est tous simplement merveilleux et prêt pour une bonne journée !!!

Some areas of the hotel look a bit dated, and could use a renovation, but otherwise everything looked clean

The location was great for being able to walk to all sites and restaurants. The pool was a great stop to refresh in the middle of the hot days. Breakfast was really good. Gym well enough equipped for a workout on the road and always empty.

The bathroom door did not close without having to push really hard and it would make a lot of noise (waking up others in the room). Only 2 out of 3 elevators working during our entire stay increasing wait times.

It was easy to get to the Hospital At University of Pennsylvania. My son was there.

That I could not make a reservation for the next weekend.

The room was pretty spacious except bathroom , staff was nice . Location was close walking distance to most things but the street the hotel is on seemed a little sketchy at times

The elevator situation was a little ridiculous. Waiting 10 + minutes anytime you had to go up or down. Parking was expensive esp given what was already paid for the room . No attendants helping basically left to park wherever we could find a spot . People were then parked in front of us so had no access to our cars without having to wait a long time for the car attendants to move the other vehicles . Breakfast was kinda crappy .

The breakfast was very good

We paid for a dual queen bed. On first night we only had one bed and had to sleep on roll away bed/ and floor. Also we paid for parking was told it would be cheaper to pay a certain price and was charged 3 times that amount. I’ve always booked this brand hotel. Very dissatisfied

The breakfast was very good! The hotel is surrounded by a lot of neat places in Center City. The staff were very helpful, outgoing and friendly! Customer service was superb!

We liked the breakfast option and took advantage of it. Also, the staff was exceptionally nice, cooperative and professional.
