Excellent. I was sick the whole time and was offered every assistance while here. Great place!

Breakfast was excellent. They even offered turkey sausage which is important to me because I am allergic to beef and pork. Property is exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and couteous.

The gift shop could have offered some over the counter medicines such as Tylenol and cold medications.

Bad food, smelly room no WiFi access

Room was musty, breakfast was nasty, the hotel was loud from other guests all in the halls late and upstairs someone walking hard like they was stomping! Paid 200plus for one night but had a bad experience

Average hotel. Nothing to brag about

Close to my event. Lots of convenience in area

Beds were not comfortable. A little high on the price range. Breakfast was packed and couldn't keep up on food. Had to eat off site

Good Value, Great Location

Great breakfast each morning, and the cleanliness of the room and property. Location was perfect.

Beds weren’t as firm as we prefer, but that won’t stop us from staying there again.

We came to Arlington for the Beyoncé concert and chose this place for its location

Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. We loved the comfort of the king sized bed.

We didn’t like the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door very early in the morning.

Clean easy to get to comfortable and excellent staff

The price. I’m sure it is within range of the area but in todays world the price makes it hard to take a family anywhere especially if you need more than 1 room

The staff was great. Rooms were clean. Just a wonderful place to relax!!!! We will be back.

The breakfast was great.. Breakfast area was clean and neat. The breakfast staff prepared a very nutritious breakfast.

The room had water bugs in the restroom. I booked a room with two beds but once I got there only one bed room was available

overall a good stay but we won’t be back to this particular hotel

location, room was cleaned daily, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good although we only ate there 1/4 of our days there.

construction happening in the lot next to the hotel was loud, elevator was down for part of our stay, room next to us housed a very loud group, I had to call front desk one evening about bedding and the woman who answered the phone was rude and not helpful

Spacious room, nice staff that helped me check in, easy to find location.

Could hear the neighbors "doing gymnastics" well passed 11pm. The hallway smelled like weed. The bathroom light is so bright, it lit the entire room up in the middle of the night. There needs to be a dimmer switch or something for late night bathroom trips. The breakfast wasn't that great. The lady putting out the breakfast was kinda rude. My room key stopped working and would not let me back in to the building, so that was super inconvenient late at night after checking in.

The location, the room décor specifically the lighting, the COMFORTABLE bed, the welcoming staff.
