Clean and accommodating

It was close to AT&T stadium. We would have walked but way too hot in August.
Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good.
It needs some upkeep. The bath tile was loose and annoying as we stood to use the sink. The elevator button was held by duct tape. The room phone didn’t work so could not call front desk. No complimentary water bottles.

Great location close to Six Flags and Arlington sporting venues.
Friendly staff and clean rooms were a huge plus!
The property could use an update with regards to keyless entry but that's very minor and will come with time.

Room appeared clean. Staff were friendly and we experienced good customer service. The manager called to inform of a billing error and made sure it was reversed.
Bathroom facilities in the room. Shower curtain was hung so high that it didn't keep the water in the shower. As a result there was obvious floor damage with tiles coming loose from the subfloor. Television services were antiquated and sub par compared to a similar hotel that we recently stayed at.
We also had to evacuate the building at 4:30 AM due to a fire alarm malfunction.
