The lady at the desk was very sweet. I was in town for a funeral and didn't remember to pack anything for a headache. When I asked if they had any at the desk, she handed me a couple of small packets and told me that if I needed more, just to let her know.
There wasn't really anything. It was a little noisy, but that is to be expected, bring next to the freeway and an airport. But that quieted down as the evening progressed.

I want to thank 3 members of the staff :
The night lady (owner of Mr. Tuck -whom we loved!- )
The day lady who was so nice and sweet (she’ll know who she is: she printed my document for me and had some kind words for us as we were going to the Celebration of Life of our brother)
The breakfast lady (from Thursday to Sunday) always asking of everything was ok, if we wanted more things, warning us when she was about to put food away and closing breakfast.
You 3 made our stay so much better!

The hotel was very clean, abs nicely kept, right off the freeway, the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Nice breakfast.
The bed and pillows were so hard could hardly sleep.

Nice lobby and exterior
Badly stained ( blood?) bedding. Requested new bedding. Left at door for us to remake bed. Remote didn’t work, and room was dusty. Not okay!!!
Breakfast was substandard at best. Had to ask for coffee and food selection was poor

I inadvertently made the reservation for the wrong dates, but the hotel could nothing about it. Would you refund the money I sent to you,as I had to pay them again.? I was there May 10 -12

I liked that this location provided breakfast with your stay and they had a few different things to choose from.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast area was always maintained. The front desk employee Christina was very kind and considerate, she did a fantastic job.
I don't think much of anything I didn't like. It was a little older but it was clean and that's all that really matters to me. Maybe a few more luggage carts would be nice.

Staff was amazing location was great and clean.
The neighbor upstairs had dogs and played with a ball through the night and couldn't sleep the second night. Christina at front desk said she'd issue a refund for second night.

Amy at the front desk was very personable. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was on the opposite side of the freeway from all the gas stations and fast food outlets making it nice and quiet. It is within walking distance of Troutdale airport if flying in by general aviation.
The toilet was very low and the door swung in touching the toilet making it hard to get around to the toilet. There was coffee in the room but no tea. Lighting could have been brighter.

There were a few ants in the hotel we noticed. A few in our room as well.

The heat pump kept clicking even when off and kept waking me up all night....

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. The breakfast options changed everyday and were always fresh and hot. For once the housekeeping staff were not afraid of my pit bull service dog. Over all it was a pleasant experience and I would do it again.
They are in the process of getting the door locks replaced because they are old and no longer work well. It takes several swipes from the key card to get the door open frequently. We found pulling the door tightly against the door frame and then swiping often helped minimize this issue.
