Eggs were spongy and the waffle maker stuck no matter how much non stick spray you used

Hot tub was not heating up correctly. Have stayed several times in past year this was the first time that we had issues.

Not sure why someone red flagged me and I wasn't able to stay at this location nor am I allowed to stay in any of the places around there that are connected. I have always got my deposit back from every place I stayed that including this one. When I called booking.com customer service she also was shocked because I haven't had any bad stay she was trying to help me figurer out what was going on.

How they said I couldn't stay there when I never did anything wrong to that place, staff or the hotel.

Price was high compared to what they offered. The pool was closed which no one mentioned till after we paid.

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The shower. The holder for the sprayer in the tub was broken. It fell on my head and then on my back. Very dangerous and impossible to take a shower. Needs to be repaired right away.

My bed sheets were soiled and the tv did not work our room had to be changed

Many restaurants and stores in immediate area. Right off exit

The gentleman working the night shift was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the TV in our room and he simply moved us to another room. His service was the best. Thank you!

I wished that the hot tub worked. But not a biggie! This is still a great place to stay.
