The proximity to the stadium.
We get to our room and open the curtain to look around. We were facing an abandoned building and three people using meth/fentyl? right outside our window. It was very uncomfortable, they noticed us and one started engaging with us erratically. I asked to move rooms and they couldn’t. I felt very unsafe and will choose a different location next time.

The room was a great size, the restaurant had delicious food and the valet people were very professional. I was a bit nervous about the area but felt safe walking outside to and from the Seattle Sounders game. We were also able to walk to the boardwalk without any issues.
One of our windows was facing the alley and every so often you could literally see people in the alley shooting up drugs. A bit scary to see that when you have little kids in the room too. The building is older and so the windows are a bit thin which let in a lot of cold air.

The room itself is quite spacious. Close to ChinaTown and Target. Can do walking distance. Services such as free coffee at the lobby was really good too. Secured location.
Just that there's too much dimmed lights? Maybe can adjust because while staying I was working, though this does not affect the services because it was superb.

Location and price
Pool wasn’t open/available and cost of valet parking ($61 per night) was way too high
7.0
Very spacious room, clean, good location
Internet had a really bad connection

Things were in walking distance that we were there for, had a couch, microwave refrigerator ect. Hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Room was nice, seemed clean.
The position of tv, we prefer to watch in bed at a hotel so even though it was able to be pulled out it was a bit far to watch. Refrigerator was not easy to keep on and as cold as preferred, also was broken- couldn’t keep anything in the door due to missing pieces.
The small convenience store was pretty over priced for the items. Bed was a bit hard.

Great location, friendly people, excellent service, great price! Very happy with our stay!
We had requested and paid for a "bay view." There was literally a small porthole cut into the wall so we could see the bay, LOL. Fortunately there were also a couple of large side windows, so if we made a little effort we could still see the water.

Staff was super friendly. Walking distance to T-Mobile park and pikes place.
Parking was a little tough had to circle property until spot became open for valet I. Front of hotel

Location was close to the football field. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Elevators were small and slow.

The lobby, rooms, and facilities were lovely. The pool was only open until 11pm, but it was still lovely. The attached Bistro is a good place to stop for a bite, if a bit pricey. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, no complaints.
Could hear essentially everything that was happening outside when in a room. Usually quiet, but when there was noise outside, you could hear essentially anything and everything, be it construction, trains, or just people.

Room and hotel were modern and clean. Restaurant was good. Staff were nice and friendly. Good location with most sights within walking distance. Furthest was the space needle at 30 mins stroll.
Restaurant was pricey and not a huge choice for breakfast.

Very comfortable and close to main area
House keeping started knocking on our door after 7am, we got one night in Seattle after we had been hiking for days in Mount Rainier and not getting enough sleep, and got a night at a comfortable hotel to sleep in, that didn’t happen were woken up several times very early in the morning and couldn’t go back to sleep, check out is at noon why are they knocking that early to clean a room!

The room was amazing! Clean, and very comfortable with a great view! Also, all of the staff from the valet to the front desk people, the security guards, cleaning ladies and everyone in the Bistro were super friendly and very helpful!!!
The pool!!!! Indoor pool where the room was cold and the water was even colder!! But worst of all there was water pouring out of a vent and other places in the ceiling!!!! My daughter and I were really hoping for a better pool and pool area.

Nice and clean, easy to commute, microwave in the room, nice staffs
No complimentary drinking water, no glass/porcelain mug

The location was close to the stadium.
The room was small for the price. The bed was not comfortable. The restaurant was not efficient due to how they have you order. The free breakfast was limited. The tables and chairs were not conducive to eating. The valet completely lost my car keys! Although the valet manager had great customer service around this issue. The whole experience was horrible. I will never go back.

The room was a good size, comfy bed and a great bayview!
Walking to and from the hotel in the evenings was a little nerve wracking, but not as bad as other reviews had made out.

Clean and well maintained
Everything was fine

The view, and the centralized location!
There wasn't a "continental breakfast", and I would have liked cheeper bottled water, or even complementary bottled water.

Check in went well. Alex, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. He was very pleasant to be around. The large room. I did like the fact we were able to check in early. That was plus. I was happy for that. I liked our bed and the shampoo and conditioner.
The price of the. The room we had was larger but it looked into a brick building. There was no view. The pool was just not inviting and looked like it needed to be cleaned.
We just expected more of the hotel since we all had to pay so much for it a night. Our room was over $550 per night. This hotel is at best $200 per night. Just a disappointment. Nothing spectacular about this hotel whatsoever.

Not that much.
Too close to the derelict part of the city.

Nice historic building, older but well-kept room, very clean. Nice, welcoming hotel staff. Convenient location for our purposes. Yes, a bunch of crazies/addicts, but as long as long as there is no street camping (there wasn't) and people don't bother me (they didn't), I'm okay. I do hope the city will do more to invest in shelter and mental health.
Not so great: Amenities were lacking. Ar $300+ a night, I expect some real drinking glasses and coffee mugs instead of plastic-wrapped disposables. The coffee maker was a sad affair and made very sad coffee. And don't offer me a bottle of water for $5. Offer free water or don't, but don't try to nickel and dime me an extra 5 bucks. Just feels cheap and unwelcoming. Finally, the room WiFi didn't recognize me. I'm sure a call to the front desk would have fixed it. Personally, I just used a hotspot and didn't bother.
