Front desk personnel was helpful.

We didn't stay due to the poor conditions. Even the men's bathroom in the lobby was out of order.

Nothing, left immediately! This place should be condemned!

The place was so dirty on the outside when we arrived, weeds as tall as my kids, pool green. Friends could not get another place and had to stay. Photos from them show mold in the hotel rooms & bathrooms. Stains on bedding, green half filled pool, reused key card holders (the last room that used it was crossed out and their room number wrote above it. The girl at the desk was stressed out and super rude. Was irate with me that I would not want to stay there, that she would call the cops on us. I let her know I was getting calls from other families we were meeting that were checking in that the place was horrible and they could not stay there and were all working to find another place to stay. I asked for the number to the hotel because I had been calling for hours with no answer I told her, however she would not provide it to me and said whatever the number from Google is and that she did not know the number there. I asked how she calls off work when needed and she noted she calls her managers cell direct and asked if I know my work phone number? "Yes I do" I replied and here response was "WELL that is great for you Karen", which is not my name. The young lady threw a paper and pen at me onto the counter and told me to write my phone number on it, I threw it back and let he know not to do things like this to me. She decided to not call the police but called her manager as I reminded her she was on camera, if the cameras were even working! She went into the back room, slammed the door repeatedly and shouted at me through the door that the manager was refunding me and canceling my stay. She never came out of the backroom and I left. HORRIBLE

Check in was easy. Breakfast is ok.

Housekeeping sucks!!! They don't clean anything! There's trash in the halls, nothing has been vacuumed, they don't clean the rooms! Three Health Department shut down the pool and it's been closed for 4 days now! DON'T STAY HERE!

It was affordable. It was close to or down the street from a lot of restaurants and stores. Its right off the freeway

Based on the photos I thought it'd be a little nicer and cleaner. Its outdated. There was no remote for our TV and the front desk was so stressed with things we didn't bother her for one. She was friendly just seemed like she had too much going on. We only stayed one night and it served its purpose

The room was decent, there's breakfast, and the pool is nice.

The room was pretty decent but the housekeeping was terrible!!! They absolutely refused to do any part of their job! They didn't change the beds or the towels. It took therm 2 days to pick up the trash I sat outside my room. The housekeeping staff walked right past it. Not once, but for my entire stay the trash change 2 times. (Pics dated and time stamped) They didn't bring soap, tissue, nothing.... yet the marked the book as if they actually cleaned the room. I spoke to the GM and she made them clean it and apologized but nobody really cared. The stairs and halls are filthy! They haven't been swept or vacuumed in a long time.

Room was clean but we did not have a remote for the TV. had to finally get one from the cleaning lady who was awesome. the front desk help not so awesome.

Breakfast was pretty much non existant. there was supposed to be sausage gravy and biscuits. there was a full tray of biscuits but not a drop of gravy.

The Staff is really great.

The room I had this last time was a little worn,short of pillows and toilet paper, curtains hanging and less than inviting carpet stains.
