Good Enough

Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable enough. Good TV and cable. Appreciate the fridge and coffeemaker, even though the coffee was only okay. The accessible bathroom was a huge improvement, and very nice.

The man who checked me in was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when I removed my credit card from the card reader, as the reader instructed, before my card processed for the deposit. The box spring or bed support seemed to be worn and made noises every time we got into or out of bed; that didn't affect our comfort. We were glad the high and low fan settings on the A/C worked, but it was noisy, and we couldn't direct the air flow toward the bed at all. And I am concerned that the deposit is still showing twice on my credit card transactions; I was assured at checkout that this is normal. I'll see if both charges disappear when the deposit is credited back..

Double charged took all my money and still have.t got any of it back I didn't stay on this property found drugs in the room it wasn't cleaned at all beds was made and that's it

Good Enough

The room was very clean, and the price was decent. It was pretty comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Glad to have TV, coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for my overnight stay. The location was very convenient to my daughter's apartment and Route 1, and the drive was easy. It was good enough for our needs. The room was extremely clean, quite comfortable and quiet, and we slept well and felt safe.

Kind of an ugly location, but that didn't matter. The bathroom outlets didn't work; we adjusted. Going to the bathroom was scary, because the toilet was low, the floor was slippery, and there were no grab bars. The bathroom fan was noisy but pretty ineffective, so the floor got even more slippery after we took showers. The air conditioner was loud, but it worked; I wish I could have adjusted the fan speed. I also wish I had gone back to the lobby and asked for extra pillows.

Proprietor should face criminal charges

Nice stay and reasonably priced

Convenient to food and shopping. Beds were comfortable.

There were only 2 pillows for the bed. No elevator. And the shower head wasn't adjustable to change water power.

The place smelled like smoke and we had a smoke free room. Hotel was run down, not clean. If it was not late when we arrived we would have looked for a new hotel.

Definitely NOT a 7 out of 10 hotel.

The clerk was friendly and accommodating. The property seemed clean and taken care of, however there were people in the lobby that led us to the impression that it was an establishment commonly frequented by people who pay by the hour.

We didn’t stay for the breakfast. With the rating this hotel received, we expected something a bit more appealing and respectable. There was no road sign to identify the location, and the hotel is hidden behind a used car dealership on a dirt road riddled with potholes. The rooms “seemed” clean, but given what I had seen in the lobby, I was hard pressed to lie on the bed, let alone get a good nights sleep on it. The carpet in our room had a huge, questionable stain on it. The bathroom door stuck like it was the wrong size. The toilet doesn’t flush without holding the handle down. There is only one way to get into the building.

Other than the sink and toilet my stay was fine

I liked how clean the room was and how nice the staff was.

I didn’t like how the sink was stopped up and how the toilet acted like it didn’t wanna flush sometimes (room 209)

Very good

I love the service the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Very good price!! It's nothing fancy but that isn't what i was looking for. I wanted affordable good location accepts pets and comfortable and thats exactly what i got!

The only downfall to my stay was that my daughter couldn't sleep because the people above her were stomping and running back and forth all night. There were people in the hallways being very loud making my daughters dog go crazy. We were in separate rooms my daughter was on the first floor where the pet room is and it was just very loud down there. Much quieter on second floor where I was.

At least it's cheap

It was very close to a lot of stores and cheap. The staff were friendly.

Pulling in it looked a little sketchy. I wasn't aware of the $50 additional deposit until I checked in. The bathtub was dirty, there was gum stuck to the top blanket of the bed, and I'm not sure if the AC unit has been cleaned in a while because even with taking allergy meds daily, both of our allergies were pretty bad upon waking up.

My son said this is a very Sketchy hotel.

I thought it had good reviews but the experience was terrible. The Room was dirty and the bathroom was a disaster with pee all over the toilet. The staff was very rude.

First they insisted at check in to charge $50 extra deposit even without a pet. the charge was not disclosed with the room rate. They tried to force me to pay in cash even though I have my card on Booking.com
