The breakfast was nice. Customer service while checking in was above and beyond. The black lady who loved elephants checked me in. She was awesome and friendly after a long, tough day of travel.

Parking. There is none.

Check in was easy, breakfast is included, and there's a quiet, peaceful lounge near the lobby. The room was clean and had a pretty comfortable pull out couch in addition to the bed. The fitness center is small, simple, clean, and available 24 hours.

I chose this hotel in part because it indicated that it has parking, but it doesn't have any overnight parking which-for a hotel- is not very helpful. There's street parking available on two of the three nearby streets and a garage nearby for a separate fee.

B.W. and Mario at the front desk were very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. The room was uber spacious, very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Passport Office (the main purpose of my stay) and walking distance to numerous restaurants.

There were bed bugs. My husband got bitten all over his back and neck

I loved the security of the hotel. The bed was super comfy and the Dove body products in the bathroom were a big bonus!! I also liked that the shower had doors instead of a curtain!!

That parking was 2 blocks away. Customer service could use some help. Need more knowledgable staff.

Conveniently located, walking distance to theaters, art centers, bars, cafes, restaurants, the waterfront. Complimentary breakfast was nice to have, although not a huge variety was offered. Our room was the King Suite and it was clean and spacious with multiple lounging opportunities. The bed was wide and comfortable. Having a safety deposit box in the room was also convenient for peace of mind.

EDIT: I paid for my stay at the hotel in cash, but after a week they charged my credit card too. So I was double-charged for my stay and of course I called the hotel right away. I've called multiple times but couldn't get a hold of someone responsible who could help with this issue. I left voice messages and nobody gave me a call back. I had to create a dispute claim with my bank, and am still waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed... I find this kind of behavor totally unprofessional and unethical, I will never stay at Holiday Inn again. There was a constant clicking noise in the room as if a bad fan or a water faucet was running somewhere constantly. Was not coming from anything in the room though, maybe the air conditioner of the building was closeby I donit know. It didn't prevent us from having a good sleep but I can't say it was pleasant.

The air conditioning went out in my room for two consecutive nights and they did nothing after trying and failing to fix it.

I liked that it was close to the clubs.

We ended up having to switch rooms because absolutely nothing worked. The TVs, coffee maker, bathroom fan, etc. The next morning after getting a pitiful excuse for a hot breakfast, I tried to go back up to my room to eat...only to find that my room keys had suddenly stopped working. So I had to go back downstairs with coffee and food in hand to get my keys fixed.
