I did not like the Bistro worker named Cleo. She was very rude & seemed irritable with everyone , including other hotel guests who were at the food counter. She was very snappy&

We left Quality Inn-Macon Rd due to a drug party & some very sketchy customers. (It had a decent rating on Booking.) We came to Mariott & it was so safe & clean!!! The staff made sure to place our rooms together, instead of 5 doors down like other hotel (which we had booked a month ahead). I was very happy to pay the upgrade for what ended up being a wonderful 4 day stay!! Thank you to Dana for helping us get checked in and for the various staff who were so sweet. It was also close enough for our newly turned green soldier to stay with us and still be within the mileage limitation. :-)

Only complaint was that their little restaurant wasn't open for dinner, only breakfast, which wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was sooo good! Otherwise, this will be the only place we stay at in this area.

I didn't like we had to pay for breakfast. Didn't like the fact I paid for king room w/sofa bed instead had a chair in the room. Fire alarm went off and wasn't no compensation for the inconvenience.

Location

Room bed was terrible, microwave was filthy and the room wasn’t clean. Smell like smoke. I have asthma! Our anniversary stay was very disappointing.

Breakfast is good

I booked this hotel for only one reason, in booking.com said it has EV charging. But when I arrived, my tesla had 10 miles left, and the front desk said they don’t have EV charging station. So I was really mad. If you have an EV, do not plan to change there.... About room, I like to sleep in the dark, but this room has a lot of devices that produce light. So I have to unplug everything ....
