Best place to stay in Carlsbad it’s quiet and safe for family’s. There are barely cops here or any problem people. It’s a nice cleaned up place to stay.

Great Office Staff. Sierra is the best ! Comfortable stay . Best deal for what you pay for.

We liked the area it was central for our travels.

Close/easy route to Legoland

Rooms were covered in black mildew/mold. Hair in the shower. Smelled musty and overall felt gross to be in. Asked for a refund for our second night and was given key to a new room. That room immediately smelled like rotting dead animal when the door opened. Food in garbage, bed made but pillows rearranged as if someone was in there at some point. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had nowhere to set up my laptop because there are no Outlets at the desk area

Their wireless network was not set up for all types of devices only those of 5G and up so the others that use 2.4 G did not have access to any internet

Lots of HBO stations on television . and sports stations. almost anything you want to watch . also seem like the room was newly remodeled. The best deli in town is right across the street was nice to grab some snacks around Sunset then settle in for the night thank you guys very much.

One thing would be nicer check in time check out time seems like if you only get one day you're barely getting any time at all.

They have upgraded the rooms with fridge and mucrowave

Some parts of the building requiere maintenance. Water accumulates in the car park access after rains.

ADA facilities and parking

no services "due to covid” it’s time to live with covid and return to providing services. as a disabled person, changing my own sheets is a chore but will have to do it since the alternative is changing room reservation and moving to a clean room.

I was placed in a room where construction was getting done at 7am. I had to wake up early and leave since it was too loud. Mind you checkout isn’t til 11. I would think the receptionist would know better than to place me in a room where construction is working at.
