The bed, pillows and comforter are amazing The hotel is clean.
The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor, the coffee maker didn’t work and the remote control for the tv needed new batteries.

We had a king suite for an exceptional price. Nicest room we’ve had in 3 weeks on the road. Wow! Is the best way to describe it.
Breakfast needs more selections, more variety and breakfast juices. None were available. The breakfast quality should be on par with the rooms and our room was exceptional, but the breakfast was far from that. Barely adequate for me, but I really enjoy a place that has a good hot breakfast with variety and juice.

I didn’t like not being given a receipt then being overcharged then when I spotted it, being told, they would never sell that rate, being told they would adjust it, then finding they didn’t. Beware there is one fellow at the desk who seems to count on people not checking their bills or their credit card receipts against their confirmed booking. Booking.com were great in getting this sorted out.

Not much. I am now disputing an overcharge for my stay. Booking rate was not honored.
Overcharged and less than clean rooms. 1st room bathroom sink someone else's hair in it and did not appear cleaned before my stay. My room was switched to an occupied room next and by the 3rd room I was too exhausted to care. It did take a minute to find room 328 it wasn't on any hallway signage.

The communication between booking.com and Hampton. Hampton showed 2 of my 3 rooms canceled and booking.com showed no rooms were canceled. Hampton would not honor the price for rooms they said were canceled and I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for rooms. Booking.com said they would pay me the extra 100 dollars since it was not my fault, all I needed to do was send in receipt showing what I actually paid for room which sounded fair. To good to be true, I’ve been on the phone with Booking.com 3 times for a total of about 3 hours and still have not got resolution. They want invoice numbers that match the booking.com invoices. Well da, they don’t Exist those rooms were canceled cording to Hampton so when I paid for the two rooms they were under a new invoice. So for me no more Hampton or Booking.com.
