Breakfast and coffee. Clean.

We got to the Hotel and they said they couldn't find my reservation. Waited about an hour and was told they didn't have our confirmation number from booking.com. Was told that is what happens when you use a third party for reservations! Finally after an hour and a half we got a room. Got to the room and key didn't work. Went down and she redid the key and that one didn't work. The lady from behind the counter came up to use master key and it didn't work. The lady said she would have to get maintenance, but no maintenance was there. We ask for another room and she said they were full. So about 2 1/2 to 3 hours later she amazingly had another room. So our stay was horrible and we would appreciate a refund. This incident was not our fault and I think for the price we should get a refund.😡😡😡😡. Room 415 needs new mattress, hard and lumpy!!!!

Staff was great. Breakfast selection was wonderful.

There were a few roaches in our room and it took a really long time to get extra towels I had to use a hand towel after my shower :( but over all good stay

The front desk hotel staff were great. Helpful, friendly. Hotel is relatively new and in very good condition. Breakfast was very good, and the lady taking care of breakfast was fantastic!
