Breakfast was great. The attendant who prepared the food was very good and on her job. the room was right on time

It was very clean
The Night Shift staff was rude. Her name was Betsy. We had forgotten our room key and we waited out in the lobby after shifting the doors open in the front for about an hour waiting on her. We called the front lobby desk, at least 50 times just to find out, she was hiding in the meeting room, and when I addressed her about opening our door, she just stared at me and was very rude after she finally did respond to me

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had many.options that were fresh and tasty. The staff was polite and personable.
The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing especially at night when lights are minimal. A small sign at the road would be helpful.

It was a good location
I booked looking forward to the pool, but when I got there the pool was closed. Also I smelled something funny when entering the door. The staff said it was the dryer but found out later it was a gas leak.
