I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of shopping and dining, making everything incredibly accessible and within walking distance. I was fortunate enough to enjoy a lovely evening concert right outside the hotel, which added a special touch to my stay.
The staff were exceptionally accommodating and took excellent care of me throughout my visit.
The valet service was quick and consistently polite, ensuring a smooth experience every time I needed my car. Housekeeping did a stellar job, refreshing my room daily and keeping everything spotless.
The front desk staff were always ready and willing to assist with any request I had, providing top-notch customer service. I particularly appreciated the daily provision of fruit-infused water, which was a delightful and refreshing touch.
Overall, I felt very well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Location in Branson was fantastic. Loved the shopping and restaurant selection. Staff at the hotel were exceptional. Room was nice. Clean. Very quiet.
Elevators were both down at 9:30 when we decided to hit the town. Maybe work on elevators after midnight.

Asked for balcony room not knowing they had 2 types of balconies, when we got a balcony on back side asked to be moved, that room not available. We moved to a larger suite which worked out, not charged extra!

Very convenient location and easy self parking for a fee. The bellman and reception desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
There was no warning during the reservation process that they were under construction and there was NO food or drink. Plus the ice maker on our floor was broken and had been for a long time.

It was loud with kids beside us, but other than that very nice.

Loved being able to see out in the commons area and watch people going by and seeing activities happening. Also the security getting on the elevator was a plus. Walking distance to food and shops.

Every room we were moved to was clean.
The pool and breakfast were across the street and it was quite a walk with luggage from the parking garage to the top of the south tower. Also we had to change rooms 3 different times thanks to lights not working in the first room and not hot water in the second.

Just the location. Everything else was normal. Nothing special.
For the price they charge for the room I expected the amenities to be great. There wasn't even a USB charger in room. The TV channels are limited. Remote is super slow. Parking cost of $15 comes up after you booking, watch out. Generally not much attention to customers while conversations(at least I did get). Staff thinks they are doing a favor by letting people stay in their hotel:-) I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others for the price it costs. The house keeping person came exactly at 11 on the next day and asking if we were leaving, and when I said I will take an extra 30 minutes, I was asked to call front desk and let me know. That sounded ridiculous.

The location was awesome! It’s right smack in the middle of Branson Landing. The beautiful fountain was just a few steps away!
The breakfast venue was in the next hotel.

Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Ice maker didn't work, the bar on the balcony was unsafe and loose.

Only complaint was that we had trash cans with no liners.

the room was very nice and comfortable, large nice bathroom. location of the hotel was nice being right by the mall.
the parking was so far away from the elevator. we had to walk a long way with our bags and every time we needed to go to the car.
our room was very warm, we kept trying to adjust the temperature, but it kept just going back to the same temperature. we sweat all night and had trouble sleeping.
the swimming pool was as far away from the rooms as possible you had to walk across the whole lobby and entrance to get there. I didn’t particularly want to do that in my swimming suit in the middle of winter.
the alarm clock was set at the wrong time. and you basically had to take it apart to reset the time. it took us about an hour to fix it.
for such a high scale hotel it was disappointing there was no coffee available except brewing your own tiny cup in the room.- you had to pay for every amenity including parking which is just the same parking garage as the mall which is free and far from the hotel entrance

How close we were to everything. No need for much driving.
Unable to check in until 4pm really made it difficult to plan a trip from 6 hours away. Cathy on the phone was quite rude when I called to see if it were possible to check in early-even at 2pm.
