Ein großartiges Hotel am Pensacola Beach. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein gutes Frühstück. Die Lage zum Strand ist ein exzellent. Zwischen all den Hotelburgen dort, ist dieses Hotel eine echt gute Empfehlung.

Thermostats with AI kept turning off when we’re gone so we would come back to a swamp

what I like about the property was that it was convenient to the beach, two pools, bar, daily coffee, free breakfast (7-10). Also breakfast is changed up each day. Not good for sensory sensitivity people or neurodivergent people. You might be able to request something as I saw someone request scrambled eggs and they received it. complimentary water bottle. Most of the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Lots of pets on the particular weekend I was there. Right next door to a small arcade which was very convenient but the arcade closes early. The hotel lobby stays clean and dry which is nice especially for those back and forth to the pool and beach. There was an henna artist there in the lobby. Ramp to haul a cooler or wagon to the beach. the outdoor sitting area did not have umbrellas so those seats get very hot. There were a few hammocks and tall chairs to look over at the beach view. So nice to receive a rose on Mother’s Day.

What I did not like about the property was the extra charge of $117 at check out. Actually they tried to charge that extra behind my back but I used a card that was specifically funded for the hotel only. So an employee came to me while we were packing up the vehicle and said front desk needs me. I used booking to book so I was under the assumption that my payment of 1168.34 for two queen inland room was the absolute. Another thing I did not like was the unfriendly staff member who worked the weekend I was there she Did not want to give me my towel card even though the supposedly policy is to trade card for beach/pool towels then trade back when returning them. The fact that the same employee was so friendly and upbeat with only a certain race but would not even say a word or smile to others. It is the society we live in unfortunately.

Location was good.

Several maintenance issues paint peeling, Bathroom had several spots that pieces were missing from the drywall. Staff at check in was rude. Parking is a mess.

Cleanliness, especially our room on the beachfront! Also, a great breakfast offering every day! And the pool area was always in pristine condition. And most importantly, the staff at the desk as well as house cleaning staff were most accommodating. The purpose of staying there, our first in Pensacola area, was to check out the area as our grandson will be moving there for pilot training. This hotel will be just right!!

A dog must have pooped down the inner stairwell, at least from the second floor down and it appeared that stairwell was never cleaned in our stay as we saw stairs as daily exercise vs the elevators. However, the area rug on the second floor where the dog first apparently had a diarrhea attack was cleaned and there was no smell. But the stairs need attention……no smell but a negative feeling for anyone using them!

It was ok, when it said online that it was a breakfast buffet I expected something a little better but it was decent more like a grab and go breakfast but it served the purpose before heading out to the beach
