Amazing staff

Pool was under renovation

one of the best surprises was the amount of options given for breakfast. Fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, pastry, any many gluten options for those needing that.

The mattress was a little disappointing and felt a little hard with little support. Replacing it with a higher end mattress would bring better reviews

The rooms are clean, it is located in a convenient area, and the staff are exceptional.

No eggs for breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent.

Pool was a little green in color. Other guests started letting the doors slam at 6am. Wish people had better hotel etiquette.

very clean and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good as well with plenty of options both health conscious and not!

the bed was extremely hard and the pillows while they were plentiful were just to soft and squishy for my liking.

The staff was excellent and very attentive to your needs and comfort.

the management was very unfriendly and not kid friendly ! got kicked out of pool room for having visitors and splashing water ! was told I couldn’t have visitors at all! manager was very rude and disrespectful when he approached us!

heat, ac did not work. supposed to have king bed. only got queen. Hotel said they were sold out and would not give us a king. when i booked on booking .com it confimed king room. i had to commit to non refundable to get the room otherwise we would have left so I had no choice to stay there. this was the first time I used 3rd party booking and it will be the last.

Breakfast is included, which is great, but please stop using disposable plates, cutlery and glasses - this is really note eco friendly and creates so much waste that could be avoided

Infrastructure. Under construction. Leaky roof but did not impact our stay.

The indoor pool open 24 hours , thank God , we could get access at the night time , by the time we get there

Room was very comfortable with large bathroom

Not enough towel racks. Motels ask us to hang up our towels but there are not enough hanging places. Also maybe a hook near the bathtub. There was a problem with IT outlets, not well located. Need some on the desk.
