La cama me encantó

Los elevadores y el ruido se escucha todo de la alberca a la habitación, la fotos de los cuartos no estaban como en realidad están.

Room was very comfortable and well maintained. The outdoor pool area is gorgeous!

Pool did not closed down at night so folks were having a great time past 2am (i think it was 4am when they finally left.) Awesome for them not great for anyone that wanted to sleep. Including ourselves and my elderly parents in another room whom had to fly out at 6am. The one pod of coffee in the room didn’t work out to great for my husband and I that would have both like a coffee. (I went downstairs where they had small creamer crafts filled with coffee on the bar) So at least I did get a cup. Some of the offered toiletries were left over as the seals were broken and half full. No type of complementary breakfast item… but they didn’t claim they did!!

No bedding for pullout which we needed because there were 3 of us in a king room with pullout. The next morning we were told they have bedding for the pullouts but they cost $30 more. Outdoor hot tub was ice cold, indoor hot tub has no jets the front desk said someone would be there to fix it however other guests told us it had been like that for a few days at the least. I called them before I even booked the room I was told that there pools and hot tubs were all working. When my husband and son went to get breakfast they were told it was an additional fee for breakfast even cheap motels offer some breakfast choices free with the room and this place is one of the most expensive places in El Paso. We stayed here a few years ago breakfast was included and they also gave us a free happy hr drink the service and the hotel were both awesome now it has gone down hill big-time we were very disappointed 😞 won't be going back either!!!!

DISPOSICION DE LAS HABITACIONES

Close to the airport and places to eat. Staff was all very accommodating.

There was some construction noises in the morning from renovations but it wasn’t a bother most of the stay.

I like how close it was to the Airport and Base to see and greet my son. I like how secure I felt to sleep there. I like the cleanliness and friendly staff.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about it except how high the drinks are in three vending machines

Location was great and restaurant server was also very kind

Rooms were not what I expected sofa bed was small and no bedding. When asked For bedding and pillows for sofa got a sheet and blanket and was told No pillows were available.
