The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The AC room air was humid and the floor felt moisture like. It just did not make for comfortable sleeping/breathing night. I woke up stuffy.

The location was great for where we needed to be for family gatherings.
The hotel advertises itself as dog-friendly, but that wasn’t our experience. Every time my husband and I came through the lobby, we received complaints about our dogs and were told we couldn’t leave them in the room—they had to come with us anytime we left. That made it difficult to enjoy our stay or go anywhere without bringing them along.
It was also very noisy throughout the night, with guests repeatedly slamming doors, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
In addition, one of the kitchen staff members was quite rude. She repeatedly snapped her fingers at guests to hurry them along, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional.
