Hotel provided just what we needed and not much else.

Breakfast was great!

Hotel is a little rundown, the hallways smell musty and the outside of room windows are filthy. Bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan which created a humid sauna like room.

Won’t stay again. Terrible experience here.

The bed was comfortable.

We waited over an hour to check in. We finally got to the room to get ready for an event and no towels in our room - no trash can either. One elevator and the hotel was packed so had to use the stairs the whole time. The keycard we were given didn’t unlock the door and had to go back down again. It was pretty awful and for $300 - never again.

Rooms and gym and atmosphere was nice

This short white lady with dark hair with glasses In. The morning was rude about breakfast she was giving some one breakfast and told us breakfast was closed and being rude

Quiet, good breakfast, location

Had to change rooms twice, it took the 3rd room to have air conditioning that worked, walking back and forth hauling luggage after midnight, finally unpack and want to get showers and there was 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for two people, no floor mat, hair in the corners of bathroom. Behind chair there was a fake eyelash, garbage (paper) and enough dust to know chair has not been vacuumed behind in ages. Usually live hilton hotels, very disappointing. Then the 624 bill, just didn't seem worth it.

The beds & pillows were very comfortable

There was only 1 towel in the bathroom when we got there and it had a blood smear on it. There was an open, used bar of soap in the shower. No one would pick up the phone when we tried to call down stairs. When I went down to get towels they only had two. Every time I was talking through the lobby there was someone else at the desk complaining about issues as well. They didn’t clean our room at all or refresh the towels during our two day stay.

Comfortable and Will stay here again that

The conceptionist is very nice and kind , room is clean , breakfasts is delicious , 4 days business trip and stayed here whole time ,the manager is super kind and nice,near the airport ,if I will be in Dallas again , I ‘d love to stay here again .

Nice stay. Wouldn't stay longer than a few nights.

The rooms were very clean.

The rooms felt very small. The staff wasn't that friendly. We only had 3 towels in the room and room service didn't come even empty the trash.

Very comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Short ride to attractions.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, attentive and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.
