Disappointing

Rooms are very clean

The front desk gave us trouble. Because the account was under one name and someone else's paying. Heavier blankets are needed. And a better free breakfast

Husband and wife ( owner's) very mean and rude!

Nothing 😒 no room service! Tv only one channel.

Owner husband calling out my brother's room number in front of other quest k for the safety of my brother room number for someone says they been in business over 30 yrs. Verses someone running two yrs night audit knows better!!! He and wife Should really know better!!!!! And I didn't like that at all. Also taken copy of credit cards is a big no No!!!! 3 parties the room was booked through booking. Com and confirm it was paid call pre-authorized on hold until check-in you have no right to take a picture of that credit card front and back never seen a hotel do this before!!!! Also I don't appreciate the owner's wife disturbing my brother wondering where I am in the dog when they was no me or a dog that's harassment! When the room was booked for one guest where did I come along in that picture I'm living across the street! I wouldn't want to be in your hotel not the way you treated us you are rude very judgmental and everybody at the Chevron yes you can also talk to them at the Chevron about them also because they have told me whenever I told how I was treated.. has said the same thing about you guys y'all are the most rudest people I ever seen ..and guest they will also go into your room when you're not there so guest be aware go somewhere else please thank you... Red Roof the Patel are awesome people there. Very nice. Red Roof inn and suites Ocean springs Ms... Have a wonderful day!! And by law you don't ask for service animal certificate.

9/10 would stay again

close to the beach but far enough from the crazy of it. staff was super nice and accommodating!

the breakfast left something to be desired. maybe have more a selection, only had coffee and 2 cinnamon rolls on the entire table.

No breakfast available. Location was good.

The door had a large crack allowing light to come through. The air conditioner did not work properly. The remote control was held together with tape. No breakfast or coffee in the morning was available.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay and would come again when the breakfast problem is eliminated.

The room was of exceptional size. The area was super quiet. We found the location convenient to many things.

We were very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. It should have been listed as only muffins, yogurt ands coffee. My husband usually doesn't drink coffee but no alternative offered. The person on duty blamed the limited fare on COVID but the 6 other motels we used during our travels had no problem providing a full hot complimentary breakfast. Also the tub/shower unit needs some TLC.

That I could get a room.

No water pressure in the shower. Bathroom wasn't very clean there was hair on the floor, toilet seat was nasty, bobby pins in the floor of the room.

The Cleanliness. The Location. The Staff was friendly and eager to assist.

I didn't like that the air conditioning in my room did not get cold as I would have like. It wasn't overly hot, but we were comfortable.

No coffee in the morning. They were out told staff there but they didn't say anything. Room smells very musty . Not much of a bed spread .needed blankets .very thin bed spread

The sink was broken it will leak the walls and curtains were dirty not happy at all with our stay.
