Great location, lots of choices for great entertainment within, casual atmosphere.
Property Needs a lot of attention rooms are seriously outdated; still allow smoking everywhere; some restaurants had terrible staff with attitude.. others were fantastic!

Bellman Service was wonderful. Ask for Microwave housekeeping brought it to room quickly. Great location to sit out front and watch Cruzin the Coast Mississippi. They offered special parking inside their parking deck for registered guests with show cars.

The location is great!
The room was clean but the couch and carpet are worn and stained.
We cut our trip 2 days short due to the hurricane that was coming to the coast. We checked out by turning the key into a front desk clerk. She provided she could not give us a receipt because we booked through a third party. I contacted Booking and was received a response to contact the hotel. I called the hotel and was provided that I was not checked out until 5 something on the 9th. But I personally went to a clerk on the 8th around 1030 am. Then when I reviewed my credit card statement I had been charged almost $400. I called to inquire about the charge and was told it was a mistake but needed to call back because the lead had stepped out. I call back the next morning and spoke with a gentleman that said he had completed the refund for the erroneous charge. A week later a refund still had not shown on my credit card. So I called back. Finally I received a credit.
