Location in downtown Ogden (walking distance of historic centre, good choice of reataurants and other services nearby ). Brilliant staff
No access from reception to car park, had to haul suitcases via public street to the hotel's private car park

Everything was great, Me and my family were very comfortable with everything. The food was really good.
I purchased the tickets because it said breakfast was included. When we got downstairs we had to pay for everything. The meals to include the snacks were all upcharged and really expensive compared to other hotels or stores.

Love that actual hotel & staff, location of parking & where to pull to get checked in is very chaotic & co fusing. Also computer systems were down durning check in so staff did get having to do everything through signing physical paper information.
The parking & pulling for just checking into hotel very chaotic.

The location and staff was excellent!! Parking is very nice and secure, we felt safe!
The room needed repairs, trim coming off of the wall, bathroom cabinet falling down and separated for the backsplash really badly, the TV was very out dated
