Awful service at front desk

Chrge me twice and blamed it on booking when it was them charging my card

hot staff.

dodgey bs downtown after sunset. bs fkng walkways. bs fkng oh sht where the fk am I exits to WHT the fk?? closed off criminality on the streets???

location & breakfast.

non smoking room smelled awful. smelled like had water damaged carpet and smoke smell.

Need more variety for breakfast

no USB ports near the bed, or anywhere in the room.

Everything was great and I didn't dislike anything.

It was clean and quiet, right across from airport so access was great. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room, which you don’t have in a lot of fancier places. it was very clean. a little dated, but I was just there to sleep. I would have liked a heavier bedspread or another blanket. Continental breakfast was typical waffles, toast, cereal, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee. The attendant was very nice and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. For the price it was good.

It’s set back from highway and hard to see the drive into parking lot at night.

Great breakfast. Something for everyone.

Loved the hot tub and size of the room, which included two easy chairs and a table with chairs as well.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower pressure was very low.

Stains on sheets, beds were terribly uncomfortable, ants all over the bathroom, stained bathroom towels

The desk clerk Jeff was awesome! He helped me out and his customer service was on point!

Close to airport with shuttle. Clean, nice staff. Fit thr bill - a place to get some sleep before getting an early ride to the airport.

Bed was fine but a little soft and lumpy.. .y room didn't have a closet but a rack that I hit my head on a few times. I should have put my bag elsewhere.

All facilities were clean and well managed; room was quiet, breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am and great selection; management were cordial and well organized and did a great job.
