I didn’t like the fact that I was charged a different price for every night I stayed and that it was more expensive than

Nice location and very clean

Elevator was broken which made it difficult for those who have issues with stairs. Had a very hard time getting moved to the first floor. Until I asked for my money back to go somewhere else did a room become available. There was a whole in the wall that looked like someone had punched it and door reached a point in the floor it had to be pushed harder to get it to open and close. That was the only thing wrong with the room.

On the move!

We liked the location of the Hotel. Easy to get to events.

We had to move our room 3 times in 4 nights. No help in doing so either. We have a disabled child , so we travel heavy. They put us upstairs...then the elevator broke. We had no way to get her upstairs!!! We had to move AGAIN!! The first room we stayed In was beat up, bathroom was gross, and old. The Toilet seat was stained and didn't sit on the toilet correctly. Staff didn't communicate well so we got several different stories.

We would definitely come back again.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning it was fresh and very tasty.

We thought every the was good, no dislikes.

Great place the best service you could ask for. We will come back again !

The lady at the front desk (Crystal) was great helping me. When we arrived, we had a flat tire she pulled up information on tow trucks and tire repair shops for me. then she pulled information on attraction and places for us to eat. I believe, if it Hadden been for her our trip would have, trunned out bad.

Great location. Great value for our money. This is the third time we’ve stayed with you.

Everyone at the front desk was very personable and nice. The cleaning lady Rosa was very pleasant. The waffle maker was awesome.

The fan in our ac in the room didn’t go on high. The bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived. Our deadbolt didn’t lock in our room. Rooms could stand to be updated.

Nice place to stay

Breakfast gave different options, and had plenty to serve everyone. The eating area was clean. The room was clean, no off putting cleaning solution smells, and beds were comfortable. The location was easy assessable off the road. The room served it’s purpose, a place to sleep and shower.

Having a pair of women’s bikini underwear hanging on a limb outside the window. The Mimi fridge was unstable and had no ice box. The bathroom sink was small, no counter space. The TV was small.

The walls are paper thin and I could hear the guy Nextdoor, and his croup cough all night long. The bedspreads look dingy

Poor customer service. Double booked our room and didn’t tell us until we walked in the door after driving for hours.

I didn’t get to stay. They gave my room to someone else. Even though I booked the room months in advance.

Location was great for what i was looking for. Quick trip to the ski mountain.

I booked this room because it had a hot tub as it’s relaxing to use after working out or a long ski day. The hot tub did not work and wasn’t hot

The pool was nice. I think the hot tub area looked dirty.

The last night of our vacation and day of check out the entire hallway inside the hotel smelled of Marijuana. I reported it to the front desk Saturday Night. She was going to report to manager. Sunday by check out time the smell made its way in our room where my 2 small children were and I along with my 4 year old got sick because of getting a contact buzz from the Marijuana smoke. I reported it again at checkout. She apologized but in my opinion 250 dollar smoking fee doesn't cover my 4 year old getting sick and myself.
